Hi Patrice. I would suggest contacting the council in advance to see what they can do (if you haven’t already). It’s great that you’ve talked to the owners first.

Thankyou. I am having a problem with cats fighting outside every night. Have spoken to one of the owners who says she will try keeping inside. She is night shift worker so not affected.
We are severely lacking sleep which has a bad effect of all what we do during the day.
My next step is capture and taking to council.
