I have some out of date Weetabix (Australian Cereal) that I would like to turn into treats/biscuits for my 2 medium sized dogs. Any comments on using the weetbix? I would crush up 4 – 6 and maybe add sardines in oil and maybe some wholemeal flour and maybe a egg. Would mix to a workable dough and bake. I often make dog biscuits pretty much on a weekly basis.

I’ll feed my dogs chicken that I drive in the dehydrator but after one hour they fart so bad you can’t be real with them what causes that if the chicken is white meat recipe I don’t know what could possibly be making up for it so much can you help?

I admire the valuable information you offer in your blogs. I will bookmark your blog and have my children check up here often. I am quite sure they will learn lots of new stuff here than anybody else! I agree that we need to feed healthy treats for our dogs. I want super premium, biologically appropriate, natural ingredients based pet food to nourish and reward my dog’s inner wolf.

Thank you for your useful information. I make our own dog treats with human food. Our little fluff-ball loves them. She prefers them frozen but will eat the individual parts of the recipe raw. Pumpkin, carrot, sweet potato mixed with oats and a dollop of peanut paste and a sprinkle of turmeric, a splash of coconut or fish oil and cooked and dehydrated in the oven.
