Hi Sue

I’m not sure how important diet is with pancreatitis in cats. However, here is my page on a low carb high-protein diet.

dear Dr Andrew,
Our senior much loved cat has recently been diagnosed (bloods, vet exam etc) with pancreatis, probably chronic. She has exhibited vomiting, lethargy, no appetite, vomiting after eating etc. So we took her to the vet who has advised a low carb, high protein diet. She has mostly all her life, 13 years, had a raw diet and or quality commercial foods. I am trying to find a diet to feed her, like a list of foods that are suitable. Vet has said the Hills diets of the IDk range, I have started her on these but there is little variety and she likes variety and is to be honest a bit of a princess. So if you could steer me to a list of suitable foods, recipes, low carb, high protein I would be so grateful. thank you Sue
