Hi Denise. There are many options, but if this was my case, I would be gently feeding her with a syringe every few hours with a product like critical care, using cisapride to improve gut motility, plus very, very good pain control using drugs like buprenorphine and meloxicam, while also watching hydration levels very closely and putting her on IV fluids quickly if needed. She should be okay if you treat the problem aggressively.]]></description>
