Hi Amy. Thanks for the question- you certainly have tried hard. I think the best thing you can do is seek out the services of a veterinary behaviour specialist (not just a vet like me who's interested in behaviour) for a problem as severe as this. No matter where you are there should be one available, and although pricey, they can be worth their weight in gold for good guidance. Our page on specialists contains links to international groups.

Hello I have a rescue Labrador cross shar pei that's ten years of age that I have had for 8 of them years , he has suffered from severe seperation anxiety to the point I have to take him everywhere with me, or have him baby sat. He's on 40 mg of Prozac and I've been to mutiple vets asking their advice nothing has helped . I regularly do the leaving and coming back training but he just doesn't understand that when I leave I'm coming back he self mutilates or scales fences or destroys where ever he is to get out and try and find me , it's gotten so bad that he's smashed through windows and chewed through wood and had to get an extremly pricey surgery on his teeth from the damage. I hate knowing he's suffering and have changed my whole life to fit around him I'm 27 I found him at age 18 . I love him and will do what ever it takes for him to feel safe and not anxious. I was just inquiring if you have any training ect to help out with seperation anxiety?
Thanks kind regards
Ami
